Construction Tools

100 free tools built for contractors, estimators, and project managers.

This is a working toolbox, not a directory: material takeoffs, estimating and bid math, contract documents, cash-flow trackers, safety forms, and scheduling calculators — all of it free, with no account and no usage limits. Every tool runs entirely in your browser, so your numbers, clients, and documents never leave your device. Anything you save lives in your browser's local storage, and document tools print clean for "Save as PDF."

The tools also work together. Run a concrete, drywall, or lumber takeoff and push the result straight into the Invoice or Estimate generator as a line item; carry an estimate into a bid, a bid into a proposal, a pay application into a lien waiver. Pin the tools you use daily, and your recently used tools surface at the top on your next visit. If you can't find something, search by what your crew calls it — "sheetrock," "G702," or "footings" all land in the right place.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these construction calculators really free?

Yes — all 100 tools are free with no account, no trial, and no usage caps. The site is supported by other products, not by charging for calculators.

Is my data stored or sent anywhere?

No. Every tool runs entirely in your browser, and anything you save (invoices, estimates, logs) lives in your browser's localStorage on your device. Nothing is transmitted to a server.

Can I print or save my documents as PDFs?

Yes. Document tools (invoices, pay applications, lien waivers, proposals) are print-formatted — use your browser's Print dialog and choose "Save as PDF".

Do the calculators work offline?

Once a tool page has loaded, the math runs locally and keeps working without a connection. You need a connection to first open a page or to load live price data.

How accurate are the engineering estimate tools?

The Engineering Takeoffs section produces rough scoping estimates using standard references (NEC, IRC, ACI, ASCE). They are not stamped engineering and must be verified by a licensed engineer before construction.

Can tools share results with each other?

Yes — material calculators can push line items into the Invoice and Estimate generators, so a takeoff becomes a billable line without retyping.

All tools run in your browser. No data sent to any server. Documents stored in localStorage.
