CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION
The Work performed under the above contract has been reviewed and found, to the best of our knowledge, information, and belief, to be substantially complete as of the Date of Substantial Completion. Substantial Completion is the stage when the Work is sufficiently complete in accordance with the Contract Documents so that the Owner may occupy or use the Work for its intended purpose.
Responsibility
The Contractor shall complete or correct the items on the attached punch list within [N] days. Insurance, utilities, and security responsibilities transfer to the Owner on the Date of Substantial Completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
