Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance. This proposal is valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued. Signature below constitutes acceptance and forms a binding contract for the work described. 2. Changes. Any change to the scope of work must be authorized in writing via a signed change order. Verbal change requests will not be honored. 3. Permits. Unless otherwise noted, the Client is responsible for securing and paying for all permits, inspections, and impact fees. 4. Schedule. Start and completion dates are estimates based on current workload, material lead times, and weather. Delays caused by Client, weather, or material shortages will extend the schedule day-for-day with no penalty to Contractor. 5. Concealed Conditions. Pricing assumes normal site conditions. Hidden defects, code issues, or unforeseen conditions discovered during work will be addressed via change order at additional cost. 6. Warranty. Contractor warrants workmanship for one (1) year from substantial completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment pass through to the Client. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, neglect, or normal wear. 7. Insurance. Contractor maintains general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates available on request. 8. Right to Stop Work. Contractor reserves the right to stop work for any payment more than 10 days past due, and any resulting delay shall not be Contractor's responsibility. 9. Dispute Resolution. The parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing mediation, arbitration, or litigation. Prevailing party in any dispute is entitled to reasonable attorney fees. 10. Entire Agreement. This proposal, including any attached exhibits, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions.
Acceptance
By signing below, the Client accepts this proposal in full and authorizes the Contractor to proceed with the work described. This proposal becomes a binding contract upon signature.
