Coverage

This warranty covers workmanship defects in the labor performed by [Company] for the work described above. If a defect appears during the warranty period, [Company] will repair or replace the affected work at no charge to the Owner, provided written notice is received within the warranty period.

Exclusions

This warranty does NOT cover: damage from misuse or neglect; normal wear and tear; settlement, shrinkage, or expansion that does not affect performance; damage caused by other trades or third parties; manufacturer-warranted products (refer to manufacturer warranty); acts of God.

Claim Procedure
