Is it really free?
Yes. Up to 3 employees and 2 projects, no time limit, no credit card required. The free tier includes time clock, payroll prep, and scheduling. No feature gates or trial expirations.
Does it track my employees all day?
No. GPS is only active while an employee is clocked in. The moment they clock out, location tracking stops completely. We do not track off-the-clock movement, period.
Can I export to QuickBooks or ADP?
Yes. Payroll summaries export as CSV files that import directly into QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, Paychex, and any other payroll system that accepts CSV uploads.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Clock-in and clock-out events save to the device locally. When the phone reconnects to cellular or Wi-Fi, events sync automatically. No data is lost.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use row-level security so each company can only access its own data. SOC 2 Type II compliance is on our roadmap for Q4 2026.
