Do I need to know NAICS codes?

No. Pick your trade in plain language (Electrical, HVAC, Roofing, etc.). Buildermuse classifies every bid to a trade from its solicitation text and NAICS, so you don’t have to.

How accurate is the matching?

Matching is deterministic — trade classification, state of performance, keywords, agency, and set-aside, using the official fields on each SAM.gov solicitation plus Buildermuse trade tagging. No black-box AI guessing. If a bid has no listed location, a state filter won’t include it (we don’t guess location).

How often do alerts arrive?

Daily digest on Pro, weekly on Free — sent after the morning federal bid refresh. We deliberately do not promise real-time delivery; a reliable daily digest of genuinely new matches is more useful than noise.
